Final Sale Policy

For hygiene reasons, all jewelry purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  3. Once we review your request, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

Order Issues & Cancellations

  • Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong item, reach out to us within 48 hours, and we’ll make it right.

  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.

Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear, discoloration due to exposure to water, chemicals, or improper care are not considered defects.
